Betaka (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "betaka") is a licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betaka and the user.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited. betaka reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify an account at any time.

Betaka is a responsible gaming platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account or participate in any form of betting activity on betaka.

• Age-related information provided at registration will be verified.
• A national ID, passport, or birth certificate may be requested for verification purposes.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until age verification is complete.
• If an account is found to have been opened using a false age, it will be suspended immediately.

Wagering Requirements

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed (except for bets with the Cash Out feature).

Odds Change Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betaka platform. Any violation will result in permanent account termination.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts (Multi-accounting).
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Account hacking or unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical glitches or platform errors for unfair advantage.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Harassing or mistreating other users.

Betaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited. You may appeal a closure decision by emailing support@betaka.ws.
